These actions aim to reach global objectives for the brand, the products or the company.

The digital strategy is directly linked to the company's communication.

Why put it in place?

Goals  can be different. It can be to increase its visibility on the web and social networks to make itself known, to increase traffic on its website to attract new prospects, to promote a new product, to multiply the rate conversion of an e-commerce site…

The objectives are to be defined in  first when setting up your digital strategy, they will determine the implementation of the strategy (target, message, medium, etc.)

We must also be careful not to focus on web indicators by forgetting the goal sought for the company. The increase in activities on the Internet is not (directly) linked to the increase in the performance of the company, although it is often one of the actors.
